Q – What if I want to change my stair carpet?
A – No problem, We at EasyLifts understand that you might like to make a change, we can take your stair lift up in the morning and refit it later on. Why not change the colour of your stair lift seat to fit in with your new carpet?
Q – Is there finance available?
A – Yes, we are very pleased to offer finance through our partner company.
Q – Are stair lifts noisy? I don’t want to disturb my neighbours.
A – With our “whisper quiet” DC motors, this won’t be a problem.
Q – What will I do in the event of a power cut?
A – All of our products are battery powered, so it will continue to work if it loses external power.
Q – I really like the idea of having a stair lift in my house, however I have steps outside as well, is there anything that can be done?

Q – Are stair lifts suitable for all shapes and sizes?
A – Yes! All of our models have an option to cater for up to 31.5 stones. The safety belts are expandable for your comfort.
Q – Due to my disability, I find it difficult to sit comfortably. Can you help?
A – Of course! Two of our stair lifts can have the option of a perch seat, perfect for those who can’t bend comfortably at the knee or hip.
Q – What if my stair lift has a fault?
A – All of our lifts comes with a one year manufacturer’s guarantee as standard for maximum peace of mind.
