Do you review ?
So, here at EasyLift Towers, we’ve been spending our time trying to get EasyLifts SouthWest out there as much as possible. Our good friend, Mr Website extraordinaire , informs us that customer reviews are the way forward. A quick peek at the review sites, such as Trustpilot.com and Epinions.com, it seems that the general public are reviewing in their thousands. Only this morning, Vodafone ( other providers are available!) request my personal opinion to help improve their customer service. Now, I’m of the thinking that one review isn’t going to change much, but thousands are a different story. My question is; Do You Review? On a website? By text or email survey? Do you only leave bad reviews, or have you left a review for good service? Perhaps you’re a business owner who relies on reviews to push your business? And the big question of the day- have your reviews made a difference?
